The days are challenging right now. Every single day. Yet, here we are, surrounded by love and care thanks to so very many of you around us. Today specifically, people absolutely poured in throughout the day, putting into our family in all sorts of different ways. It is incredibly humbling to realize we are the forefront of so many minds and on so many hearts. So I thank you, everyone who has prayed, texted, popped by for a quick minute, brought something, offered help, included the kids in fun things, and offered encouragement in any and every other way. It is impossible to describe it to the appropriate extent.
On days where blogging is harder, I tend to go to my phone and find a picture I can talk about or just share for something easy but still relatable. And today, I have a handful of lovely pictures that I can’t post, and then a TON of pictures that the kids took of all the fun they had today. Decorating a cake for a friend. Painting with grandma. Drawing. They even got to go play a game at one of the neighbours after supper.
It is impossible to overlook how clearly God is watching out for our family. I really felt it today. I feel it every day, but today is just seems to sit heavier, and I thank the Lord for ALL the amazing things He has done.
