I think our whole group is sick, but Laela and Rowan are feeling it the most. They’re both on the verge of tears 100% of the time, snotty, and exhausted. Laela woke up with a nice hot fever, and Rowan woke up around 10:30am, sobbing. Poor monkeys.
So we’re taking it easy today, obviously. The single thing I did get done was a bit of baking, which didn’t turn out quite how I wanted, but is still yummy. Hopefully it makes for a bit of a treat for the sickies.
Two out of four are napping right now, and the other two are watching some tv and relaxing. It will definitely be an accomplishment-free day, but I think those are necessary once in a while.
Forgive the boring post. I have a few small things left to do today, and then a lot of cuddles to give out. Snuggling my kidlets comes before blogging!
