Learning to Prep

Something I’ve gotten better at during Covid is prepping stuff in advance. I don’t ace it, by any means, but I’m way less overwhelmed by it. Its one of the really good things that has come from this whole thing for me. I’ve had backup the entire time, and I’ve been able to step away and prepare food or blogs in advance. I know, when real life kicks back up, I won’t have the constant help, but I’m way less afraid of puttering with those jobs and getting stuff done. It is SO worth it.

My list for today is big! I have food to prep for this evening and tomorrow, and a couple of blogs to write out. I have some calls to make, as does Brady, as he tries to make plans around the camper repairs. I also have a couple of items to list on a buy and sell (Anyone need a fridge or a really strong futon frame?) and some events or organize next week! If anyone has a spare hour or two next week to help transfer some stuff across town, or to hypothetically watch my kids, even post-bedtime, please let me know!!

So, in case it wasn’t clear, today is a full day! And I’m gone tomorrow, so nothing can get left! Eek! Hence why this is a short post!
